343 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 343 platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and the 343 platform ("Platform", "We"). By accessing the website at 343.best, registering an account, logging in, or using any services provided by 343, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 343 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to this Agreement will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 343 platform may only be used by individuals who are aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 343 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if there is reasonable doubt.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their personal details should any changes occur.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party for any reason.
- 343 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
Account Security
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential.
- All activity on your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate unauthorised access and have reported it to us promptly.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 343 support team immediately through the help centre in your account.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the 343 platform, you agree to:
- Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence.
- Not attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability in the platform's systems.
- Do not spread false information, harass other users, or infringe on third-party rights through our platform.
- Comply with all game rules set for each category — including slots, Live Casino, E-Sports, and Table Games.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 343 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX and TNG eWallet. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them — using a payment method belonging to another party is strictly prohibited.
Deposit
- Deposits are processed within the stated timeframe depending on the payment method chosen. The minimum deposit limit is as set on the platform and may change from time to time.
- 343 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
- Deposited funds cannot be refunded on the grounds of a change of mind — withdrawals may be requested through the standard process.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the timelines and policies set by the platform. The minimum withdrawal limit is as displayed in your account section.
- 343 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
- Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving money laundering or fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended immediately.

Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
The 343 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any implied warranties. We are not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control. 343's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount deposited in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
343 makes no guarantees regarding profits or returns from any game or wager on the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
343 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- User has violated any provision of this Agreement.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected on the account.
- User provided false information during registration.
- User found to hold multiple accounts.
- There is a requirement to comply with requests from legal authorities.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the 343 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and related materials — is owned by or licensed to 343 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission from 343.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 343 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Such links are provided solely for user convenience.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Amendments to Terms
343 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform or communicated to users via email or in-account notification. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for all matters relating to this Agreement.
